2. Services Provided

We offer financial and business services including but not limited to:

Tax preparation and planning

Bookkeeping and accounting support

Business consulting and automation solutions

All services are designed to provide guidance and assistance, not legal or financial guarantees.


3. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we make every effort to improve your financial standing, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as tax refunds, credits, or loan approvals. Each situation is unique, and results depend on individual circumstances and third-party agencies (e.g., the IRS or lenders).


4. Payment and Refund Policy

Tax Preparation – Payment Terms

Clients not paying for tax preparation through their tax refund are required to pay:

50% of the total service fee upfront before any tax work begins, and

The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the tax return is submitted to the IRS or any state agency.

Tax returns will not be filed or transmitted until the full balance is paid.

For clients experiencing financial hardship, payment options such as Klarna and Afterpay may be available, subject to approval by the payment provider.

General Payment Terms

All service fees must be paid according to your signed agreement, invoice, or selected payment plan.

Recurring or subscription services will be charged on the agreed billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued for completed work, partially completed work, or digital services already delivered, except where required by law.


5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when requested

Submit all required documents in a timely manner

Respond promptly to communications regarding your services

Failure to provide necessary information may delay services or prevent completion.


6. Confidentiality and Data Use

Elevate Financial Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


8. Use of AI and Automation Tools

We may use AI or automation tools (including automated messaging or data processing) to improve efficiency and service quality. All automated processes operate under human oversight and comply with applicable laws.


9. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. Fees for work already completed, in progress, or billed are non-refundable.


10. Updates and Modifications

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


11. Text Messaging Terms

14. Credit Education & File Support Services

Elevate Financial Group provides credit education, credit file review, and administrative support services designed to help clients better understand their credit profiles and available options.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

Reviewing credit reports for accuracy and completeness

Educating clients on credit factors and consumer rights

Assisting with the preparation of correspondence based on client-provided information

Providing organizational tools, guidance, and action plans related to credit files

We do not represent credit bureaus, lenders, or government agencies, and we do not make decisions on behalf of any third party.


15. No Guarantees or Promised Outcomes

Elevate Financial Group does not guarantee:

Changes to credit scores

Removal, modification, or deletion of any account or item

Approval for credit, loans, housing, or employment

All outcomes depend on individual circumstances and responses from third parties such as creditors, credit reporting agencies, or data furnishers.


16. Client Acknowledgment and Responsibilities

By enrolling in credit education and file support services, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide

Any actions taken with third parties are based on your authorization and direction

You may choose to communicate directly with creditors or agencies at any time

Failure to provide timely or accurate information may delay services or limit effectiveness.


17. Payment Terms for Credit Education Services

Fees are charged for educational services, file review, and administrative support, not for specific outcomes.

All fees must be paid according to the selected plan or invoice.

Services are not contingent upon results and are non-refundable once services have begun, except where required by law.


18. Right to Cancel

Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. Let us know at least 3 days in advance before your next payment so that we can stop payment. Any fees for services already performed or in progress are non-refundable.


19. Compliance Statement

Our services comply with applicable federal and state laws, including consumer protection regulations. Clients are encouraged to review their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and related laws independently.
