OUR STORY
I didn’t start Elevate Financial Group from a textbook or a theory. I built it through lived experience... working inside real businesses, real systems, and real pressure, where outcomes matter and small details make a measurable difference.
My path wasn’t linear. I began in operations, learning how work actually flows behind the scenes and how inefficiencies compound when systems aren’t designed intentionally. I later moved into manufacturing and CNC machining environments, where precision, repeatability, and consistency were the baseline, not the goal. Every process had to be clear. Every output had to meet standard.
That experience shaped how I think. Lean Six Sigma principles - reducing waste, tightening processes, and building systems that actually work, became second nature. I learned how disciplined structure creates reliability, safety, and long-term success. Over time, my eye was trained to spot bottlenecks, eliminate unnecessary steps, and design workflows that perform consistently. Continuous improvement stopped being a concept and became a habit.
Where It All Came Together
Eventually, I stepped into business management, overseeing payroll, contracts, bookkeeping, and operational organization for growing companies. That’s where everything aligned.
I saw how time, money, and peace of mind can be lost through rework, missed details, and reactive decision-making. I also saw how clarity, standard processes, and accurate information create stability and confidence.
Elevate Financial Group was built by applying that same disciplined approach to finances: clean inputs, organized data, consistent review, and systems designed to scale without chaos.
That experience is the foundation of this firm.
Why Elevate Exists
Elevate exists to bring clarity where there’s confusion and structure where there’s stress.
We help individuals, families, and business owners with tax preparation, strategic tax planning, bookkeeping, and document organization, not just to stay compliant, but to operate with confidence. Our services are designed to minimize friction, reduce overwhelm, and support steady, long-term progress.
I believe financial work should feel steady and intentional, not rushed or transactional. That’s why we take the time to understand your situation, organize the details, and guide you step by step.
Financial work shouldn’t feel rushed or reactive. It should be intentional, well-structured, and continuously refined. That’s why we take the time to understand your full picture, organize the details correctly the first time, and guide you step by step.
Looking Ahead: Legacy Over Short-Term Wins
At the heart of this work is legacy.
I’m building Elevate with a clear vision: to create stability and generational wealth for my family, and to help others do the same. That means looking beyond this tax season or this year’s numbers. It means building financial systems that hold under pressure, adapt as life changes, and support the next generation with clarity and control.
Everything we do is focused on progress that is measured, intentional, and built to last.
This isn’t just about finances.
It’s about building systems that last.

The Augusta Rule (IRS Section 280(g) allows you to rent out your personal residence to your business for up to 14 days per year. Your business can deduct the rental expense, and don't have to report that rental income on your personal taxes. To use it properly, the rental rate must be reasonable for your area, and the home can't be rented more than 14 days total in the year for this deduction.
Yes. Hiring your children to work in your business can be a smart tax planning move when it's done correctly. They must do real, age appropriate work, you must document their hours and tasks, and their pay has to be reasonable for the job. When you keep their annual earnings below the standard deduction (as of 2025 the standard deduction is $14,600), their federal income tax rate stays at 0%, while your business still receives the deduction.
Yes. I can guide you through both strategies so everything is done the right way. That includes documenting real, age-appropriate work for your children, keeping their earnings below the standard deduction when possible, and making sure your business follows the IRS rules for the Augusta Rule. My goal is to help you use these tax advantages safely, correctly, and with full peace of mind.
Both. I help individuals and business owners keep their finances organized and easy to follow.
I use QuickBooks and other trusted tools that make your financial records clean and accurate.
Yes. Even if your books are months or years behind, we can get everything back in order.
Most clients prefer quarterly reports, but the schedule is flexible.
Yes. I offer plans at all levels so you can choose what fits your workflow and budget.
Receipts, contracts, business records, personal files... anything you need digitized and organized.
Remove staples and paper clips. Grouping things by category helps, but it’s optional. Always ship with a tracking number. For meal receipts, write on the top of the receipt who attended the meal and what the meeting was about.
It depends on what you choose. You’ll receive your original documents along with organized digital copies or we can shred certain documents after receipt of your digital copies.
Absolutely. I label, sort, and organize your files so you can find what you need quickly.
Your documents are handled privately from start to finish. Nothing is shared or stored online.
Shredding is done off-site using a secure destruction process.
Any paper documents containing personal, financial, or business information.
We follow a strict chain of custody and use commercial-grade shredding.
Yes, upon request.
Yes. Weekly, monthly, or quarterly service schedules are available.
Most clients upload everything online. You'll need to provide your W-2s, 1099s, business income and expenses, and any IRS letter received during the current filing year. I'll also need a copy of your driver's license or state ID, plus Social Security cards for everyone on the return... including your spouse and dependents.
If you want me to scan and total your receipts, you do not need to upload them. If you want me to scan and total them for you (for an additional fee), we can schedule an in-person drop-off or I can share the mailing address after you complete the Document Scanning Intake Form and pricing is agreed upon.
Once your return is completed, I'll send everything to you securely by email for review and electronic signature. After it's filed, you'll also receive a copy of your final tax documents for your records. If you prefer a printed copy, I can mail one to you for a $10 processing and shipping fee.
Yes. Whether you're one year behind or several, we can file everything properly.
Refund advances are issued through or partnering bank. After your tax return is prepared, you can prepare an application, and the bank will review your information. Approval, the amount, the funding times are determined solely by the bank based on their criteria. My role is simply to prepare your return and guide you through the application process.
Yes. If your return needs to be corrected or updated, I can prepare the amendment for you. I'll review the original filing, identify what needs to change, and handle the updated paperwork. The IRS takes longer to process amended returns, but I'll walk you through the steps and the expected timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
